Ordering

Steps to configure an iPad or iPhone to accept cookies (iOS 10, 11 & 12).

  1. Launch setting app from device home screen.
  2. On the left navigation pane of the settings panel, tap safari.
  3. Scroll to Privacy & Security and set “Prevent Cross Site Tracking”, “Block All Cookies” & “Block Pop-ups” to off.

Many people like to browse the Site via the top navigation bar and look through the various categories, like Swimwear or Accessories. However, if you know what you are looking for or are in a hurry, use the "Search" or "Word search" feature found on the top navigation bar. You can search by either category, sub category, size & color.

We also have seasonal sales on items which can be viewed via the 'Special Offers' button found on the top navigation bar. Please note that we cannot guarantee that these prices will be equivalent or equal to offline stores or boutiques when they go on sale.

All items shown are in stock unless the words "Sorry, this size is temporarily out of stock" appear when you add an item to your shopping bag.

Please be aware that even if the product is in your shopping cart, it isn't reserved and can be bought by another customer while you are browsing.

If you love something, we do from time to time receive new stock on certain items, so please email Customer Care at customercare@elizabethhurley.com with any requests and we'll do our best to help.

You can add the product to your wish list, which is accessible from the header.

Please be aware that even if the product is in your wish list, it isn't reserved and can be bought by another customer. If sold out, the product gets removed automatically from your wish list.

Should a particular purchase not fit you properly, you can return the item, or exchange it for a different size. Please follow the instructions given on the Returns Form enclosed with your package or as detailed here (click to download our Returns Form).

When you've found an item that you want to buy, just choose the size you want from the pull down tab and then click on the "Add to Cart" button.

You may review the items you have chosen in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "In Cart" button on the top navigation bar. To delete an item from your cart, click on the "Delete" button next to the relevant item. To change the quantity of any item, key in the new number in the 'quantity' column and then click on the "Update" button.

To resume shopping after viewing your shopping cart, click the "Back to Shopping" button. Please be aware that when the item is in your shopping cart another customer can still purchase it.

If you finished shopping, press the "Checkout" button to finalize your order and pay for your purchases.

You can store multiple addresses in your "My Account" section, from which you can choose for your billing/shipping address.

You need to register to purchase. Unregistered users can only proceed to "Add to Cart" stage.

Please note that as a registered customer you can maintain your billing and shipping addresses. You can also access your complete order history.

The prices on our site are in $US Dollars, €Euro or £GBP.

The price and currency you are charged will depend on your billing address and will be specified when you place an order.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and V.me by Visa. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by our nominated payment agent, Worldpay.

We are committed to the security of your banking details and transaction history. Our systems are rigorously tested and have been developed with up to date encryption software. When we transmit highly confidential information (such as a credit card number) over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, namely the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Your debit/credit card details will only be used when you make an order and are then transmitted between one of the UK's leading e-commerce payment companies who in turn have secure encrypted links between themselves and all the major banks.

After you place your order, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received. However, this does not mean your order has been accepted by us. Your order will be accepted once your item has been shipped.

You will receive another e-mail notifying you if any of the items you ordered are not in stock. If this occurs the full amount of the invoice is returned to your credit card account.

EH Beach delivers in the UK via Royal Mail and worldwide via DHL.

Express or Standard shipping options: We will endeavor to deliver packages as per shipping option selected by our customers living in the UK or outside the UK. Delivery period options are available and can viewed from the link below.

We do our best to deliver worldwide. In the unlikely event that we cannot deliver to your destination we will send you an email shortly after you place your order. If this occurs the full amount of the invoice is returned to your credit card account.

Prices displayed in £ sterling are inclusive of VAT.

Prices displayed in $ US dollars and € Euro do not include any taxes or duties and you may be liable for them when your goods enter your country.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Items in your shopping cart can be delivered to one address only.

However, if you wish to make an order for multiple addresses, then please email customercare@elizabethhurley.com prior to making an order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

You can view your order by logging in & then clicking on the 'Order Status & History' button in your 'My Account' Section. Then click on any order number. This will take you to the 'Order Details' page, which is very similar to your 'View Cart'. You can only view information on past orders. 'Order Status' can also be assessed from the top menu.

Clicking on any item thumbnail image or its name takes you to that styles details page.

You can check the current status of your order by logging in & then clicking on the 'Order Status & History' button in your 'My Account' Section. Then you click on the "Track" button to view tracking details.

Click on "View" button to view order details. Here too you can click on "Track This Order" button to view tracking details.

Cancellations & Returns

If you want to cancel your order, please email logistics@elizabethhurley.com before your package is shipped. Once you receive confirmation that your package has been shipped, you can no longer cancel it.

You may cancel your order at any time up until 8 days after you have received your package by emailing customercare@elizabethhurley.com

To benefit from this guarantee, simply log into your account at Elizabethhurley.com & follow the instructions to notify us that you will be returning all, or part of, your order within 8 days of receiving your package. After you have notified us, please return your items, unused and in its original packaging, to us at the below address within 28 days of receiving your order.

We will refund you the full cost of everything you have returned within 14 days of the date we receive the goods. Your refund will be credited to the credit card used to purchase your order. Refunds do not include shipping costs unless the item you received was faulty.

Please ensure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear and that the hygiene strip is not removed. In addition shoes must be returned with their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

For UK Customers: Send your return via a prepaid, insured and traceable method. Please retain your shipping documentation in case you need to track or trace your package. For UK customers we suggest you use Royal Mail. We recommend that you register your package as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

For International Customers (including US and EU): Send your return via a prepaid, insured and traceable method. You must put "British Returned Goods" on any airway bill or similar documentation in order to avoid you being charged VAT and import duties. For your convenience there is a customs declaration form in your package.

Unless the items are faulty, we charge our standard shipping costs for delivery of exchange items

If you believe any of the garments we have supplied you is faulty, you should return the item to us at the address below within six months of purchase together with a note explaining what you believe to be the problem.

When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution. This typically involves offering you either a replacement, repair or refund.

Terms of Purchase : These Terms apply to all orders of EH Beach products ("Beachwear") made by you on our Site.

  1. Registration: To use some of the services and features made available to you on this Site, you will need to Register. We may change registration requirements from time to time. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please log in and then make any amendments on the 'My Account' section of the site.
  2. Ordering:
    • All orders for Beachwear shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the Beachwear in accordance with these Terms.
    • The checkout stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the Beachwear you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from EH Beach.
    • The acceptance of orders for Beachwear shall be at the entire discretion of EH Beach and the completion of the contract between us will take place on despatch to you of the Beachwear ordered (unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled all or part of it).
    • Delivery of multiple free promotional products to the same customer within the same promotion, will be at the discretion of EH Beach.
  3. Prices, Taxes and Duties:
    • All prices quoted are exclusive of delivery charges - please refer to the Delivery and Shipping section below.
    • In relation to orders inside UK, the prices quoted are in British pounds sterling include VAT.
    • No VAT is charged for €Euro and $US orders delivered outside UK - however, the prices quoted do not include any additional taxes or duties. You are responsible for payment of any local duties or taxes which may be payable on entry of your order into the relevant country. You authorize EH Beach to issue all certificates and documents required for any such duties or taxes. EH Beach cannot be held liable for any of these extra costs, but will of course endeavour to help you in anyway we can with any queries that you have.
    • While we try and ensure that all prices on our Site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the Beachwear, you will receive a full refund.
  4. Payment:
    • Depending on you billing address, you can pay in British Pounds Sterling, US Dollars or Euros.
    • Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, American Express, and V.me by Visa. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by our nominated payment agent, Worldpay (see http://www.worldpay.com/shopper/ ). You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
    • In the event that we are unable to supply the Beachwear, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the Beachwear.
  5. Promotional Codes:
    • Promotional codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a discount on an order with EH Beach. Only one promotion code can be used per order. Discounts do not apply to delivery and other charges. Promotion codes are only valid for a limited period of time. The expiry date will be publicised with the relevant promotional code. Delivery of multiple free promotional products to the same customer within the same promotion, will be at the discretion of EH Beach.
    • There are no expiry dates on VIP discount cards sent to specific customers by EH Beach. However, EH Beach reserves the right to cancel any card and/or withdraw the code at any time without notice. VIP discount cards may only be used by the person named on the card.
  6. General:
    • Any variations to these Terms must be in writing, otherwise they will not be binding on either party.
    • We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the Site (see date at the top) and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use the Site and your continued use of the Site will signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
    • You will leave in position and not cover, deface or erase any notices or other marks which we may place on or affix to the Beachwear. You further acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the Beachwear do and shall continue to belong to EH Beach and that you will not infringe any such rights.
    • All sizes, measurements and the size guide are approximate but we do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible.
    • The Beachwear sold by EH Beach are natural products and therefore there may be minor variations in colour, texture, shade and general appearance. In addition, we have made every effort to ensure the colours that you see on our Site accurately reflect the colour of our Beachwear on delivery. However, the settings on your computer and/or monitor may cause discrepancies. EH Beach shall not be liable for any of these variations which are outside its control.
    • EH Beach shall not be liable to you for: (i) cost of any substitute goods; (ii) any defects caused by your or a third party's misuse, neglect or default; (iii) any defects caused by fair wear and tear; (iv) any defects caused by failure to follow our instructions in relation to cleaning and use of the Beachwear.
    • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which may not otherwise be limited to excluded under applicable law.
    • The Terms and Privacy Policy on our Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

Delivery & Shipping

  1. EH Beach delivers in the UK via Royal Mail and worldwide via DHL. Your order will be dispatched once payment has been approved and your address has been verified.
  2. Items in your basket can be delivered to one address only. We cannot deliver to a PO Box address.

  4. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. EH Beach shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver your order within estimated timescales.
  5. Express or Standard shipping options: We will endeavor to deliver packages as per shipping option selected by our customers living in the UK or outside the UK. Delivery period options are available and can viewed from the link below.

EH Beach has arranged for all merchandise in transit from EH Beach to the delivery address to be insured against theft and accidental damage at no cost to you, until the merchandise has been delivered to the specified delivery address, at which point the merchandise is no longer covered by insurance.

  2. Return of Faulty Beachwear:
    • If you believe any of the Beachwear we have supplied you is faulty, you should return the item to us within six months of purchase together with a note explaining what you believe to be the problem.
    • When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution. This typically involves offering you either a replacement, repair or refund.
  3. Refunding your Money:
    • Once we have received your return Beachwear, we will endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take up to 28 days (excluding shipping time), so we would be grateful if you could bear with us. Please note that we can only refund the credit card you originally used to place your order. We cannot credit any other cards or persons, nor send cash, make bank transfers or cheques.
    • You will not receive a refund for taxes and duties you paid on shipping or on items delivered outside UK. However, once you've returned the Beachwear to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local Customs authority.
