I bought a 400 acre farm, deep in the Gloucestershire countryside, some five years ago. Initially, I used it as my weekend home, somewhere to escape to when I needed to get out of the city. Now, my family and I spend as much time as we can here.

I hated watching chemicals be poured onto the land, so I put my farm under conversion and now have full organic status. We are building up our herd of Gloucestershire cattle, Gloucester Old Spot pigs, Shetland and Lleyn sheep.

We also just harvested our first crops; winter and spring wheat and oats. My brother Michael, manages the farm. My mother is the Bo Peep of the family and is sheep obsessed.

We sell our meat to butchers and restaurants. In the near future, we will sell it directly from this site. Please visit us at Cirencester Farmer’s Markets where we are selling our meat at our own stall.
We are thrilled to be partnering with the Prince of Wales’ company Duchy Originals. We are developing a range of food together. We are very busy developing the products which will be organic and healthy.

It's early days for us, but we love our farm and we love farming in a responsible way. I'm working on my favourite Country recipes, which I'll share soon.
